Harvester - Spyglass in Weymouth is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train great people and deliver great food that makes guests smile. You’ll step up in the Head Chef's absence and ensure your team work as one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and managing a team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Experience in stock control and food ordering.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and motivate staff to deliver consistent quality.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Manage brand menu execution and HACCP compliance.
• Ensure health and hygiene standards across the kitchen.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
