Job summary

Harvester - Spyglass in Weymouth is seeking a part-time Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training teams and delivering a welcoming guest experience. You will run a section, support the Head Chef in their absence and ensure everyone works as one cohesive team.

You’ll lead by example, manage food ordering, prep and stock, and ensure high standards on a branded menu while complying with health and hygiene rules. Flexible shifts and progression opportunities are available.

As a Part Time Sous Chef at the Spyglass - Harvester, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
