Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Brezo Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll lead the kitchen, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaves the pass proud of its quality. Competenze

• Extensive experience as a sous chef or senior chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Commitment to high standards on the pass and safety.
• Ability to manage prep, par, stock, and handovers.

Mansioni

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, keeping service smooth and on spec from prep through to the final plate.
• Be Head Chef’s right hand — support day-to-day operations and cover in their absence.
• Set high standards for quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety on the pass.
• Own key kitchen routines including prep/par, stock control, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food each shift.
