Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Pico Lounge, a local café bar. You will lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef and uphold top-quality dishes, while benefiting from a generous package and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie for progression
• Pride in using fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to pass
• Support Head Chef and step in when needed
• Maintain high standards for quality, pace, cleanliness and safety
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders and handovers
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food every shift
