Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at one of our local pubs. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, driving high standards of food and service, and leading the kitchen during service.

With branded kitchen experience or a strong Commis Chef background, you’ll support the Head Chef, develop the team, and help deliver consistent, quality meals for guests. Flexible or part-time hours are available to suit your life and career goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded kitchen roles or as Commis Chef.
• Ability to assist Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Experience running the line during service.
• Strong leadership to oversee and develop kitchen team.
• Passion for high standards of food and service.
