Job summary

Marston’s Plc is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, taking charge on the pass and ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes.

You’ll lead a motivated team, support kitchen operations, and help develop staff skills, while upholding the highest standards of food and service. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a branded hospitality environment or as a Commis Chef is preferred.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all kitchen aspects.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team to maintain standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
