Marston’s is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. Be in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when they’re not on shift.

You’ll bring branded experience or have worked as a Commis Chef, assist the Head Chef with all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, and help develop the team while maintaining high standards of food and service.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Able to support Head Chef and manage kitchen operations.
• Capable of running the line during service while maintaining standards.
• Passionate about high food and service standards.
