Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the pass and act as second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, high-quality food is presented with pride every service.

You will run the line during busy service, oversee and develop the kitchen team, and help maintain the highest standards of food and service while supporting career progression through our internal pathway. A lively pub environment with great benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role as Sous Chef or Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team with passion for high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
• Lead the kitchen line during service to ensure smooth operation.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and maintain teamwork.
