Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at our local pub. You’ll be right in the action, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and stepping in when they’re away.

You’ll help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, and motivate the kitchen team to uphold high standards of food and service. Qualificações

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team to develop skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Responsabilidades
