Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and stepping in when they’re off. You’ll help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, and lead the team to maintain top food and service standards.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
