Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our award-winning local pub team in the United Kingdom. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, leading by example to ensure hot, quality food is presented to the pass every time.

You’ll support kitchen operations, manage the line during service, and help develop the team’s skills while maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
