Marston's PLC in Nottingham is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, putting you in the thick of the kitchen action as second in command to the Head Chef and ensuring hot, quality dishes are presented to the pass on time.

You will help run the line during service, support the Head Chef across all kitchen operations, and develop a passionate, skilled team. We offer a supportive, people-first environment with clear advancement pathways.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Second-in-command to Head Chef with responsibility during shifts.
• Run the kitchen line during service and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
