Marston's PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, and to cover shifts when needed. Bring branded restaurant experience or as an experienced Commis Chef, you will help manage the kitchen, run the line during service, and lead a dedicated team while upholding the highest standards of food and service.

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
