Marston’s is looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and lead on the pass, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and ensuring hot, quality dishes are presented consistently on every service.

You’ll bring branded experience or experience as a Commis Chef, assist in managing all kitchen aspects, run the line during service, and help develop the team while upholding the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Strong ability to manage the kitchen during service and support the Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Be the second in command to the Head Chef and cover shifts when needed.
• Run the kitchen line during service and ensure high-quality dishes.
• Oversee and support the kitchen team to develop their skills and standards.
