Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead in our bustling kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when needed and running the line during service to ensure quality and consistency.

With branded kitchen experience, you’ll manage and develop the kitchen team, maintain high standards of food and service, and contribute to a friendly, lively pub environment where people matter.

Qualifications

• Branded kitchen experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Run the line during service with attention to quality and speed.
• Oversee, organise and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Be in action in the kitchen as second in command to the Head Chef.
• Assist in running all kitchen operations during service.
• Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Lead and support the kitchen team in honing skills.
