Job summary

Marston’s in the UK is seeking a Sous Chef to join our award-winning local pub company and lead on the pass. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, high-quality meals are presented to customers every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
