Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to run the line during service and assist the Head Chef.
• Strong focus on maintaining high standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef.
• Run the line during service and support the team.
• Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team.
• Develop skills and coach junior staff.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
