Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering shifts when they're not on shift. You will bring branded kitchen experience or be an experienced Commis Chef and support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, running the line during service and developing the team.
