Butcombe Group is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our bustling kitchen teams across stunning UK locations. You’ll support the Sous and Head Chef, help with prep, and ensure quality, consistency and presentation on every service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A passion for high-quality food and service.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during each shift.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Take responsibility for own section and keep it organized and ready for service.
• Help train and support junior chefs with best practices.
• Contribute ideas and learn new culinary techniques.
• Support stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance.
