Butcombe Group in the UK is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team in our pubs and inns. You’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, assist with food prep, and help keep your section organized and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain quality, consistency and presentation.
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure it is organised and clean.
• Help train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and best practice.
• Contribute ideas and develop culinary skills through learning opportunities.
• Support stock control, food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
• Step up when needed and contribute to the kitchen team's success.
