Young's is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our well-established kitchen. You will work under a top Head Chef, creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming environment and have room to progress your career.

Competenze

• We are looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP ready to take the next step.
• Natural leadership with a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage the kitchen rota, training and health and safety effectively.
