Icaro Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll lead shifts, support the Head Chef and ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride. We value real cooking, strong teamwork, and consistency across service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
• Comfort with fast-paced kitchen environments
• Pride in prep, cooking, and plating

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts to ensure smooth service and on-spec plating
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence when needed
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage prep, par stock, waste, and shift handovers
• Coach and develop junior chefs to improve skills and confidence
