Paletto Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead shifts, drive quality, and ensure every plate reflects our standards across a fast-paced cafe bar environment.

• Lead kitchen shifts ensuring smooth service and on-spec plating.
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, speed, and safety on pass.
• Manage prep, par, stock control, waste and handovers.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to improve skills.
