Warner Hotels is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Heythrop Park. You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor junior chefs, and uphold food safety while driving cost efficiency. This role supports guest satisfaction through high standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with branded menus.
• Experience in ordering, stock and forecast against occupancy.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong financial awareness to manage costs in line with budget.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
• Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
• Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
• You will have the ability to create a culture of support and actively encourages teamwork.
• Willingness to challenge if standards aren't meeting required levels.
• A chef with a passion for great food and service.
