Heythrop Park, part of the Warner Hotels Group, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a large kitchen operation in the Cotswolds. You will manage up to 50 chefs, ensuring exceptional dining experiences while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Bring a proven track record in branded hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to develop teams and drive improvements across multiple outlets.

Formación

• An experienced Head Chef with a successful track record of leading high-volume kitchen operations.
• Experience in branded hospitality or hotel environments with brand standards.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of chefs across multiple outlets.
• Ensure kitchens meet food safety, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
• Drive high standards of food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and organise kitchen operations to deliver efficient service and cost control.
• Forecast labour and food requirements to minimise waste and manage costs.
