Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar role, and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

You'll be responsible for ensuring high standards in the preparation and presentation of food, supervising and developing the team, and contributing to menu planning and budgeting while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a similar role, 1–2 years preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of food preparation and presentation.
• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Involve in menu planning, ordering and budgeting.
• Maintain food safety, quality control and legislation compliance.
• Ensure dishes are produced to consistently high standard.
