Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation while supporting a busy kitchen and managing a team.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and can deliver high-quality service to guests.
• Experience in hospitality kitchens and working to food safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preparation and presentation of food meets high standards and food safety regulations.
• Supervise, train and motivate kitchen team to maintain top quality.
• Assist in running the kitchen daily operations, including ordering and budgets.
• Maintain quality control and proper handling, storage and processing of ingredients.
• Ensure dishes are produced to a consistently high standard.
