Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in London is seeking a Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in a similar role and a passion for delivering excellent guest service, while supporting education and development within the team.

You will prepare and present dishes to high standards, supervise staff, and help manage day-to-day kitchen operations and budgets, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Ability to deliver high standard guest service and maintain quality.
• Willingness to learn as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food preparation and presentation meets high standards and food safety regulations.
• Supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team to achieve top standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and budgeting.
• Maintain quality control and proper handling, storage and processing of ingredients.
• Ensure dishes are produced consistently to a high standard.
