Job summary

The Botanist Bath is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food, modelling a positive, high-performing kitchen culture and coaching junior staff to maintain quality and consistency across services.

We value strong culinary skills, teamwork and a passion for hospitality. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable and you’ll enjoy a supportive environment with training and development opportunities.
