Job summary

The Botanist Cheltenham is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and creating a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture. You will lead by example, coach and develop the team, manage stock and food cost, and ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care.
