The Botanist Bath is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen leadership team and maintain high standards in a vibrant Bath kitchen. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional food experiences and contribute to a positive, development-focused environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with kitchen operations, stock management, and maintaining food safety and allergen protocols, with opportunities for growth in a successful hospitality company.

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. At The Botanist Bath, you'll play an important role in supporting the kitchen leadership team, maintaining high standards and helping deliver exceptional food experiences for every guest.

You'll work closely with your colleagues to create a positive kitchen environment where teamwork, consistency and development are at the heart of every service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Supporting food safety, allergen and compliance standards
• Assisting with stock management and kitchen organisation
• Supporting and motivating junior kitchen team members
• Helping deliver smooth and successful services

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, committed to quality and enjoys supporting others.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is desirable.
