The Botanist Cardiff is hiring a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You’ll support the Head Chef, coach the kitchen crew and help maintain top quality across every service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong culinary skills, a collaborative mindset and experience in leadership. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie roles are desirable, with a passion for great food and team development.

At The Botanist Cardiff, you'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while maintaining a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.

You’ll lead by example, support the development of your team and help ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
