Brunning and Price is seeking a Sous Chef for Little Manor to join a busy kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and uphold exceptional standards of quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous to kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to run kitchen operations and drive the food culture.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
