Job summary

The Armoury is inviting applications for a Sous Chef to fast-track your career within Brunning and Price. You’ll work with the Head Chef to run the kitchen and shape the cooking culture, delivering exciting dishes and leading a motivated team.

We offer a competitive package: basic up to £34,000 with tronc, paid overtime, and great tips. There’s a £1,500 OTE bonus per year, plus comprehensive wellbeing and pension perks as part of our family‑oriented pubs group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level.
• Positive attitude and the ability to lead a team.
