Job summary

The Mytton and Mermaid, part of Brunning & Price, is seeking a friendly Sous Chef who loves fresh food to join our kitchen team. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen, develop dishes, and keep staff and guests engaged with exciting menus.

We offer a basic up to £36,000 with an annual £1,500 bonus, paid overtime, and generous tips. Perks include free meals on shift, a nest pension, and staff discounts across the group.

• Previous catering and hospitality experience is essential.
