You’ll work with the Head Chef to run the kitchen, train and lead the team, and create exciting dishes while enjoying a package up to £35,000 with overtime, tips, and a £1,500 OTE bonus, plus meals on shift, staff discounts and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous/sous or kitchen manager level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and drive the food culture.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff and ensure guest engagement with new dishes.
