As sous chef, you’ll manage line stations, train and develop staff, ensure food safety standards, monitor cost and performance, and celebrate the team’s successes while maintaining high energy and pride in every bowl.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing the line and planning shifts to ensure coverage.
• Experience in maintaining food safety standards and understanding kitchen gross profit.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Ability to celebrate and recognise team performance.
