wagamama is seeking a sous chef for a full-time role in Greater London. You will support leading the shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every bowl is prepared fresh with bold flavours and high standards.

You will coach, develop, and motivate the team while maintaining strong food safety practices and KPI awareness. You will collaborate with management to run a vibrant kitchen, plan shifts, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement with a Kaizen mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen line and planning shifts.
• Strong focus on training and developing junior team members.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen KPIs.
