wagamama ltd is seeking a Sous Chef for a full-time role in the UK. You’ll support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is made to order with high standards, no shortcuts, and bold flavours.

You’ll work with the management team to run a vibrant kitchen, coach on the go, manage shifts, and monitor food safety and cost. This role rewards growth with a supportive culture and benefits.

Formación

• Experience in managing the line and planning shifts to ensure adequate cover.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to improve performance.
• Experience with food safety standards and understanding kitchen financials (gross profit, stock, labour).

Responsabilidades

• Run a vibrant, high-performing kitchen with management team.
• Lead the kitchen to ensure every dish is fresh, bold and full of flavour.
• Support and motivate the team, recognizing individual drivers.
