Job summary

wagamama in Cannock is seeking a full-time sous chef to lead shifts and support the kitchen team. You’ll ensure dishes are prepared to order, maintain high standards, and uphold food safety. You’ll coach the team, manage line coverage, and drive continuous improvement with a Kaizen mindset while delivering great meals during busy service.

You’ll be passionate about developing others, driving high standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture at wagamama.

Qualifications
