Job summary

You will coach and develop staff, focus on food safety, and manage costs like gross profit and labour, while maintaining the brand’s standards and energy on every service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a kitchen line and planning shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
• Understanding of gross profit, stock control and labour costs.
• Strong focus on training and developing the team.
