The role:

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• understands food safety, health and safety standards, and is familiar with financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
