The role

As a sous chef, you will be a leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Requirements

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards.
• Experienced in managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to celebrate success and recognize individual needs.
