Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop your team through training and mentorship.
• Manage kitchen operations, including shift planning and ensuring adequate staffing.
• Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards, and oversee financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
