About the Role:

As a sous chef, you will lead with enthusiasm, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, inspiring and engaging your team, and creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team through training and coaching
• Manage kitchen operations, including shift planning and stock control
• Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards
• Understand and contribute to financial performance, including gross profit and labour costs

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about team support and development
• Experienced in managing kitchen lines and planning shifts
• Knowledgeable in food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects of kitchen management
• Enjoys celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives
