Sous Chef | Full-time

As a Sous Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

  • Have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
  • Support food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
