Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join The Frog & Wicket, a traditional community pub renowned for fresh food and a lively atmosphere. As deputy to the Head Chef, you will oversee the kitchen in their absence and help drive seasonal, locally sourced dishes.

You will lead a team, ensure top-notch food safety, and pride yourself on every service. The role offers training, development, and a path across Fuller’s pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to lead kitchen in Head Chef's absence.
• Experience with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
