A family-run gastropub in Burford is seeking a Sous Chef to create a range of flavour-first dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and lead a team of seven. The role includes £35,000 per annum plus potential service charge, with live-in accommodation available. Ideal candidates will have culinary skills and a passion for using local ingredients. The position entails working 45 hours per week with paid overtime.

Working closely alongside the talented Executive Chef, you will be creating a variety of traditional pub classics as well as more adventurous dishes to impress diners.
With access to the freshest seasonal ingredients grown locally in the Cotswolds, this is an excellent opportunity to explore different ingredients and elevate your culinary skillset as a Sous Chef.
