The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation, preparing ingredients for the Head Chef and resolving conflicts whilst disciplining the team so that kitchen and food preparation activities run smoothly. You will also plan and assign duties to kitchen staff every morning and set targets for them to meet by the end of the day.
