Job summary

Corinthia London is seeking an Assistant Room Service Manager to support the Room Service Manager in maintaining the highest standards for in-room dining. You will help lead training, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold product quality and profitability.

The role requires a strong background in luxury hospitality, excellent English, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Based in London, with a focus on elevating the in-room dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality experience.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience required.
• Food & Hygiene knowledge required.
• Health & Safety knowledge required.
• COSHH knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Room Service Manager to implement and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for in-room dining.
• Lead staff training and development to ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
• Oversee the delivery of dining experiences to guests’ rooms with impeccable service and presentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Room Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Room Service Manager to implement and maintain all standards, policies procedures relating to food and beverage service in the Outlet with a strong emphasis on staff training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring impeccable service and presentation. Your leadership and attention to detail contribute to elevating the in-room dining experience, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to unparalleled hospitality and refinement.
